Hi, for some time that the activity of this Blog is not usual, but not because we do not do things, if not the opposite. A new year, and always ask for things that often can not meet, but in my mind takes some time moving a project, an ambitious, you can help change things, the Rett Syndrome, a little more weak, and that we can go slowly gaining ground.
A few months ago I was told that there is a project of research on this syndrome in the Hospital San Joan de Deu (Barcelona) and works through the FOUNDATION of the same name, and season after season trying to raise the necessary funds for this project not cease for financial reasons.
It is carried out by Dr. Mercedes Pineda and his crew, who were in his day genetic analysis of Mary to diagnose.
The idea of participating in the Barcelona marathon with Mary and try to raise funds for this project. It would establish a grant for each kilometer of the race and that this levy would directly fund the research project from Rett syndrome.
We have spent some time working on the issue, and I think it's time to present it to the whole world, all you who are following every day. Hi, I write these lines after reading the mail that we received from John, a member of the organization of the Half Marathon Petrer (Alicante).
We write invitations to participate in this edition of the race, making us the honor to assign the number 2 back because it is the second year that we participate. For us it is very gratifying that we are welcome not only a test, but it year after year, we are invited.
This year we will have some changes that make us better carry over the miles, as the new car thanks to Blue Line sports team, Maria will make a lot more comfortable, and step to me to push costs less. Hi, I have the pleasure to inform you that from the Blue line club, will organize the first show of solidarity. 131 km SOLIDARITY AGAINST CANCER.
